1. Contact Requests

Visitors have the opportunity to send you contact requests via the contact form on the website of your mall.

1.1. Notifications

Depending on your permissions you will have access to :

  • All contact requests sent to your store

  • The possibility to receive notifications by email

1.2. Listing of contact requests

You have access to the list of contact requests in your MDE space. (You are also notified by e-mail).

You have the following information:

  • Name, first name and email of the contact ([1])

  • Description of the request

  • Date of the request

You can use the « Reply » button ([2]) to make a reply to the person.

Note

The MDE does not manage the correspondence between you and the contact. We just make the connection.

The use of this information does not imply integration into any database. The data collected is only for the treatment of this request.
You may not integrate this information into your own marketing databases.

1.3. FAQ

1.3.1. I don’t see the « Contact request » menu

This means that you do not have the necessary rights to access contact requests. This is probably an oversight. Ask your usual contact person to add the rights for you.

1.3.2. I no longer wish to receive email notifications

It is possible to deactivate the sending of email notifications in your preferences (available in the User menu at the top right). However, you will still have access to requests via the MDE.
